Postpartum Support International
Provides direct peer support to parents and families affected by perinatal mood disorders including perinatal depression, anxiety, OCD, and distress. Coordinators help connect moms, dads, and families to local providers who are trained to treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Free peer mentor programs and online support groups are also available.
Women's Health Concerns Clinic, St. Joseph's Hospital Hamilton
Accepts self referrals for treatment and management of perinatal mood disorders with a diverse group of mental health professionals. To be eligible you must be a mother to at least one infant who is younger than 1 year and a resident of Ontario (covered by OHIP).

Mother Matters Online Support Program
A free 8-week online support group run by the Mental Health Program at Women’s College Hospital for women with mood/adjustment challenges following the birth of their baby. Each week a new topic will be explored, relating to issues that commonly emerge during the first year of life with a new baby. To be eligible you must be a mother to at least one infant who is younger than 1 year and a resident of Ontario (covered by OHIP).

Father's Mental Health Network
Provides in-person and virtual psychiatric assessment, recommendations and treatment to men in Ontario. Specializes in providing care to men who are expectant fathers, new fathers, or fathers of young children. Also assesses men who have experienced a pregnancy/infant loss.
City of Hamilton, Public Health Services
Offers free prenatal classes, parenting groups where you can learn and ask questions about positive parenting, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and other programs and services in the Hamilton area.
